摘要
利用高压脉冲放电技术处理选矿废水中的残余有机物黄药。通过控制变量考察了单独脉冲放电与脉冲放电协同催化剂2种体系对黄药的降解效果。研究表明,在溶液初始质量浓度为120 mg/L、针-板间距为10 mm,峰值电压为26 kV、脉冲频率为60 Hz、溶液体积为150 mL、气流量为3 L/min、电导率为135 μm/cm时,放电处理40 min后,乙基黄药降解率均为100%,丁基黄药降解率为62.47%;矿化率分别为24.05%与56.1%。将BiVO4催化剂与脉冲放电协同作用40 min,乙基黄药与丁基黄药降解率均为100%,矿化率分别为31.75%与73.59%,添加催化剂可有效提高黄药降解率及矿化率。
Abstract
The high-pressure pulse discharge technology is used to treat with residual organic matter xanthate in the mineral separation wastewater.Through using the control variable method,the degradation effects of both single pulse discharge and pulse discharge synergistic catalyst systems to xanthate are investigated.The results show that the degradation rates of ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate can reach 100% and 62.47% respectively,and the mineralization rates reach 24.05% and 56.1%,respectively when the initial concentration of the solution is 120 mg·L-1,the needle-to-plate spacing is 10 mm,the peak voltage is 26 kV,the pulse frequency is 60 Hz,the solution volume is 150 mL,the gas flow rate is 3 L·min-1,the conductivity is 135 μm·cm-1,and the discharge treatment lasts for 40 min.The degradation rates of both ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate can reach 100%,and their mineralization rates are 31.75% and 73.59%,respectively when the wastewater has been treated by synergy of BiVO4 catalyst and pulsed discharge for 40 min,showing that the addition of catalyst can help to improve effectively the degradation rate and mineralization rate of xanthate.
